SOC 2 Type II
SportGait takes the responsibility of securely processing and storing highly sensitive data pertaining to the health and wellness of patients seriously. To ensure proper implementation and continual maintenance of a strict control structure of data, SportGait successfully completed an external audit with AICPA SOC 2 Type II reports, also including legal requirements with HIPAA, HITECH, and applicable state laws. SportGait dedicates information security personnel with active corporate oversight to guarantee the safeguards and controls are continually effective.
